Meetings continue to be held for the design and layout of the main conference room with AV vendors, clients, and facilities. The expectations from the client have been an ongoing process.
The Network engineering is reviewing the cable drop counts and design layout for each telecomm closet. The scheduled time to complete this task is April 3rd.

Status Update
A meeting was held with the college AV group, facilities, and architects to discuss the conference room design, AV concerns and other areas that may have AV equipment.
The meetings with the clients have been completed for now. More meeting may occur through the project.
The drop count for data and voice cabling has been estimated and a meeting with the college cable and network engineering group is scheduled for review and design of the IDF telecomm closets.

Project Update
A meeting was held with the telephone group to review the phone locations and drop count.
The meeting on March 4th with IT groups, vendor architects, engineers and facilities reviewed IT concerns and design layout. Future meetings continue with IT groups on designs of IT areas.
