·Completed estimated budget sheet and reviewed the information within our group.
· A meeting is being planned by the facilities group to meet with the architects and engineers to review IT areas. No date has been determined.
· The Planning and Analysis documents have been formulated into a booklet for reference.
· Facilities met with AV to review the media resource room design.

·Preparing Planning and Analysis documents for final review of the planning portion of the project.
