·Planning and Analysis of project has been completed.
· Meet with the NE group and vendor to review and discuss design and manufacture equipment to be implemented for the project. Follow-up meetings needed on the equipment quote.
· Received the CD’s from facilities.
· Working on the implementation documentation.

Progress Report

·Closing out the planning and analysis reports.
· Reviewed the infrastructure quote and confirmed the accurate number of devices required with the NE group.
· Updating the implementation documentation.
· Working with facilities comparing SIWS and LCD’s locations.
· Sent an I/O panel picture of ITV to facilities to pass on to the architects.
