The 95% Construction drawings have updated the Access Point locations and estimated radius. This has been forward to facilities.
A meeting is scheduled for Dec 14th with facilities and IT contractor on floor box design and conduit paths for some AV devices.

The project is in 95% CD phase.

•The FIP group needs to review all drawings prior to sending 95% CD comments a meeting has been schedule for later in September.
The bid is suppose to go on the street around November 2011.
All IT groups have been met with except ITV. The large conference room still has a question about the number of large screens to used Tow or four. Media Resources is planning to setup a meeting with the provost to review what GT request would be.
